Nedyalka Georgieva has a Master’s degree in Classics (1971) and a PhD degree in Latin (1980). Teaching experience includes theoretical courses in Latin morphology, phonetics, phonology and syntax; Latin language and authors (rhetorical prose, historiography, poetry and silver Latin) to upper year students. Research interests focus on Latin grammar, vocabulary and word-formation. Took part in relevant research projects. Specialised at the Humboldt University in Berlin (1975), Lomonosov University of Moscow (1981-1982), and La Sapienza University in Rome (1985).
